We do not collect, store, or process the content of your inference requests or your model weights. Your AI models remain entirely within your infrastructure. Inferex operates as a runtime optimization layer only.

API request metadata is retained for 30 days for debugging and support purposes, then automatically deleted. Inferex is SOC 2 Type II certified. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest (AES-256), access controls, and regular security audits. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
